Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is 4–6 working days after order confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier operations, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Delivery Charges
TREKCAMP delivers orders across Pakistan with weight-based shipping charges.

0–2 kg: PKR 350.

Above 2 kg: An additional PKR 50 is charged for every extra kilogram or part of a kilogram.
Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout using the total shipping weight of the order.
Automatic checkout shipping rates are currently configured for shipments weighing up to 50 kg. For shipments above 50 kg, please contact TREKCAMP for a delivery quotation before placing an order.

Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer available and the Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy will apply where eligible.
